Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges associated with returning product to us unless the product was defective or received in error.DAMAGED ITEMS
All items are inspected prior to shipment. We are not responsible for damage incurred in shipping. If your package is damaged in shipment, you must save all packing materials and contact the carrier (UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS or the US Postal Service) immediately. DO NOT RETURN THE PACKAGE TO US, but do contact us and let us know that there is a problem so that we may follow up with the carrier.EXCHANGES, CREDITS & RETURNS
You must Contact us by email prior to returning any item so that a Return Authorization Number can be issued. Please include your order number, name, phone number and items ordered in the email. Merchandise returned without a Return Authorization Number will be returned to sender. Once you have a Return Authorization Number, please return item in original packaging and condition. Please be sure to write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box and send the package postpaid and insured. Include a copy of your invoice, a copy of the RMA e-mail from Elite K-9, as well as a note explaining the reason for the return. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee if purchase is returned without original packaging and not in original condition. Please allow up to 14 days for processing of returns.Books and Videos
Books and videos can only be exchanged for the same title. No refunds.Electronic Collars
10% restocking fee on any electronic collar that has been removed from the manufacture's packaging - unless the unit is defective.
